What we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email, ZIP, state).
• Documents you upload and the metadata you assign to them.
• Audit logs of key actions (uploads, shares, deletions).

What we do NOT store

• Social Security Numbers — entered transiently at send time only.
• Images of Social Security cards.
• Full medical records — only summary metadata you choose to share.

How we secure data

Documents are stored in encrypted S3 storage with access scoped to your family. Access tokens are short-lived and audited.

Data deletion

You can delete your documents at any time. Account deletion removes your family’s records subject to legal retention requirements.

Breach notifications

If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
